LipoJaro's label instructions say one or two capsules daily with water, ideally before a meal — but it doesn't specify morning versus evening. Here's the reasoning worth thinking through if you're deciding.
The case for taking it before breakfast
Two of the formula's glucose-balance ingredients — cinnamon bark and berberine — are studied mainly around meal-time blood sugar response, which points toward taking a dose shortly before you eat. The konjac fiber also works best with a full glass of water ahead of a meal, since that's when its satiety effect is most useful.
The case for splitting doses
If you're taking two capsules daily, splitting one before breakfast and one before your largest meal (often lunch or dinner) spreads the glucose-support ingredients across the two meals most likely to cause an energy dip afterward, rather than concentrating everything in one sitting.
What doesn't matter as much
None of LipoJaro's 11 ingredients are stimulants, so there's no strong case for avoiding it in the evening the way you might with a caffeine-based product. The bigger factor is consistency — taking it at roughly the same time each day matters more than which specific time you pick.
